With a modest 770 square foot footprint, every square inch of space was put to use in this project. To optimize the ocean view, it was organized as an ‘upside-down’ house, with two bedrooms on the first floor, a great room and outdoor living on the second floor, a third bedroom in the loft, and a partially finished basement. The super-sized skirt balances the building’s verticality.
